Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel an order before dispatch. Once delivery is completed, we do not accept change-of-mind returns because every pre-owned appliance is a unique inspected unit.
If the delivered product has a verified functional fault covered by the 90-day warranty, contact us promptly. We will diagnose it and provide the applicable warranty remedy.
Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method after the item and issue are verified.
