90-Day Service Warranty
Every listed refurbished appliance includes a 90-day RB Care service warranty from the delivery date for verified functional faults.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water damage, insect damage, voltage fluctuation, consumables, cosmetic issues disclosed on the listing, or repairs performed by another provider.
To request service, share your order ID, contact number and a photo/video of the fault. Our team will arrange diagnosis and an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund remedy where applicable.
